Sour Diesel Autoflower

All 3 seeds germinated perfectly. Popped them in the soil after about a day in a glass of water and close to 2 in paper towel. All 3 popped out of the soil about 2 days later. A couple of days after that 2/3 seedlings mostly stopped growing. They showed signs of being very unhealthy and I’m still working to bring them back, but they might be gone. My gut feeling is the tender roots contacted one of the 5-3-2 chicken poo pellets I amended my soil with. Won’t be doing that again.
