Welcome to my journey with a beautiful cultivar from FastBuds! Thank you for taking the time to stop in, I hope you enjoy it half as much as I will! 😎🙏 -FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto- THC- Up to 27% Sativa- 45%/Indica 55% Indoor- 500 – 600 gr/m2 Outdoor- 50 – 300 gr/plant Size- XL Height- 90 – 100 cm Flowering- 10 weeks Genes- Sativa 45%/Indica 55% This cultivar from FastBuds is a powerful combination of their top Autoflowering strains of all time. Probably one of the most potent Autoflowering strains to date, with a whopping 27%THC. This is promising to be an awesome run and I can't wait to see these ladies really show their stuff!😎👍 ~Grown 100% organic in a 10g fabric pot with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 2-8-4 and 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Bat Guano. ~24hr light cycle during germination / 19/5 light cycle for Veg & Flower ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed, top dressed every 3-4 weeks and weekly Compost Tea's. 2/22- Day One! The #2 broke ground, #1 is still a no-show. I went ahead and dropped another seed in a cup of water and placed it on a heating pad set on low in the dark for 24hrs. If there's no SOL in 24hrs. I'll plant it and cross my fingers. 2/24- Still no sign of life on the #1. The seed in the cup of water popped and was planted in the #1's place. I watered it in with a shotglass of de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 and covered her with a clear Solo cup to retain moisture around the seed to aid germination. The #2 is doing great and all I'm doing right now is watering her with de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 when needed. 2/25- The #1 Gorilla Cookies is ALIVE and has broken ground! She's looking good so far and I'm keeping the clear Solo cup on her for another day or so (until the first set of real leaves fully open) to provide humidity as the tent's RH is low as hell (in the mid 30's). The #2 is doing her thing and coming along nicely, getting de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 daily in the AM after lights come on to keep her medium moist but not wet. 2/27- What a difference a couple of days makes! The #1 pheno has really grown and it won't be long before she catches her sister! I removed the Solo cup from the #1 as her first set of leaves are now out. I'm watering both daily with de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 76deg. to keep their medium moist. The tent temps are holding steady @ 79-81deg F and I've got both fans running on low to help strengthen the stems on the girls. 2/28- Bye Bye Week One! The #2 pheno had her One Week Birthday today and to celebrate I sat and smoked a fat doobie of some 8 month old Strawberry Cheesecake that was enjoyed by us both!😜 On a more serious note, both the girls are doing fantastic. The four day old #1 pheno has caught up to her sister and is healthy as hell (they BOTH look great). I am increasing the amount of de-chlorinated water (ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 74-77deg.) they are getting daily from enough to cover a 6" diameter area around the seedlings, to now making sure the entire surface of their 5g pots are watered to ensure that their roots will have moist (not wet) medium waiting for them to allow the explosive root growth I'm hoping for (courtesy of Great White Myco) that produces BIG cultivars! Thanks for hanging in for this week! Things should be getting a lot more interesting in the coming weeks...Stay tuned and Stay Blessed! 😎🙏

Well here we go into Week One of Veg! 👏😎 With a week of initial growth behind the #2 pheno and just under a week for the #1, both FastBuds Gorilla Cookies are doing great and sprouting their 2nd and 3rd sets of leaves which is such a beautiful sight to see! Thank you for following along this journey with me! Growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏 ~Grown 100% organic in a 5g fabric pot with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 2-8-4 and 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Bat Guano. ~24hr light cycle during germination / 19/5 light cycle for Veg & Flower ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed, top dressed every 3-4 weeks and weekly Compost Tea's. 3/1- I'm watering both girls twice daily with de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 74-76deg. 200ppm. Today I added 2.5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+ to their watering. I'm using a pump sprayer with a hose and wand attached that has a fine spray head on it now. When I water I am just giving enough right now to keep the soil moist, not wet, in the upper half of their pots as their roots haven't developed and penetrated to that point yet. As they mature and their root systems develop into the monsters I hope for, I'll increase the amount of water they receive to ensure that the microbial colony thrives. Tent temp's are maintaining 78-80deg during the light cycle and 72-74deg for their 5 hour dark period. RH in the 4x4 range from 47-55% and the co2 level from 460-530ppm. I've got the SunSystems 315 LEC hung all the way up @ 46" now but will be slowly dropping it as the girls get bigger and can tolerate the additional intensity without getting stressed. 3/3- Watered today with .25g each de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 with Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel added to give a little nutrition to the microbes. I'll follow up this weekend with some added unsulfured molasses to give the microbial colonies some more goodies to feast on. Gotta keep the microbes happy as they are responsible for providing nutrition for the plants, take care of your microbes and they'll take care of the plants! The SunSystems LEC 315cmh is now @ 42" above the plants and the tent temp's are maintaining 78-80 degrees during the light cycle and 68-74 degrees for their 5 hour dark period. RH in the 'FastBuds 4x4' range from 47-55% and the co2 level from 460-530ppm. Both girls are healthy and are getting taller by the day. The #2 pheno is squat @ 1 1/2" and the #1, which is 3 days younger, 2" tall. 3/5- Both of the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies are healthy and starting to pick up their growth! They are both in the process of sprouting their third 'true' set of leaves which will have five 'fingers' on them. I went ahead and added 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel to their water which was de-chlorinated and ph'd to 6.4 @ 76deg. 400ppm. I'm giving them .25g twice a day keeping the medium moist all the way through to the bottom of the medium. I've found that if the roots encounter 'dry' medium it rapidly pisses off cannabis cultivars, ESPECIALLY autoflowers, so we're not going to explore that scenario....we're staying moist, not wet! 😁 I anticipate, based on their current rate of growth, that they'll really be taking off going into the latter part of week two going into week three. I'd really like to see these girls veg for at least 30-40 days before starting to flower, which will result in some huge cultivars, but from past experience with FastBuds strains (they're not called FastBuds for nothing!) they generally begin flowering around Day 21 give or take....we'll have to see what happens won't we?😎🙏 3/7- Well, Week One of veg is here and gone and both of the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies girl's are loving life! Both girls have great color and the #2 pheno, even though three days older than her sister, is quickly catching up to her sibling, who's @ 3" in height. I've added nightly foliar feeding with Fox Farms Flower Kiss added to their schedule and they are loving it! Their water intake continues @ 0.5g of de-chlorinated well water daily which is ph'd to 6.4-6.5 @ 74deg. after any additives (Fox Farm Wholly Mackerel, Botanicare CalMag+) are mixed in using either Alchemist PH Down or General Hydroponics PH Up which are diluted in 2 cups of water before being added to the remaining water. This dilution before addition prevents any chemical reaction that might occur from adding the PH Up/PH Down straight into the water that has nutrients in it, which would possibly have negative affects on the plants. If their growth continues through next week, as I'm anticipating, I will most likely begin LST at least on the #1 phenotype, possibly both....we'll see! 😎🙏 Thank you for tagging along so far! Things should be getting more interesting as the coming weeks approach! I'm excited...are you? See you next week! 😎👍

Well here we go into Week Two of Veg! 👏😎 With two weeks of initial growth behind them now, the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's are doing great and sprouting their 4th set of leaves which means LST will start soon for these girls! Thank you for following along this journey with me! Growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with....come along and enjoy! 😎🙏 ~Grown 100% organic in a 10g fabric pot with Mother Earth 70/30 Coco/Perlite medium amended with 2tbs/g Down To Earth 4-4-4 / 2 cups/g Earthworm Castings / 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Flower Girl 2-8-4 and 1tbs/g Dr. Earth Bat Guano. ~24hr light cycle during germination / 19/5 light cycle for Veg & Flower ~Straight water ph'd @ 6.2-6.8 when needed, top dressed every 3-4 weeks and weekly Compost Tea's. 3/8- The two FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's continue to increase in size and foliage! Both girls have absolutely gorgeous leaves sprouting out. They're maintaining their color & vigor and have perfect structure! Just another phenomenal cultivar from FastBuds! 😎👍 I'm continuing to water twice daily with 0.25g of de-chlorinated water that is ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 74 degrees with an EC of 0.2-0.4. Every other day I'm adding 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel and twice weekly adding 3ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+. Tomorrow they'll be getting their first Compost Tea {Wiggle Worm Castings/Alfalfa Meal/Kelp Meal/Unsulfured Molasses and a small amount of Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 dry amendment and 1 scoop of Great White Mycorrhiza} that I started yesterday, of which they'll receive 0.5g of each... They're gonna love it!😍 I am also continuing to give both nightly Foliar feedings via spray bottle just before the dark period with Fox Farms Flower Kiss which they are digging big time! Insofar as environmental conditions, the tent temperatures remain a consistent 68-78 degrees with the RH running 50-55% currently and the co2 levels going from 500ppm's on the low end to 900 on the high side. The SunSystems 315 LEC is now hung @ 40" above their canopy and will eventually be lowered down to as low as 24" once they're into flower. The biggest challenge when growing indoors organically with 5g pots is providing just the right amount of water as you want the medium throughout the ENTIRE pot to be moist (not wet) to give the root system every opportunity to spread throughout the medium all the way to the sides and bottom (or close to it). That said, keeping up with adequate watering is a challenge, but extremely essential for optimal plant growth. With a 5g pot FILLED with a root mass you WILL get enormous results with autoflowers provided all other factors are kept on point....and that's the KEY! Perfect environmental conditions, proper feeding and watering, good genetics and a HUGE root system (1200ppm's of additional co2 helps a bunch too!) = Monster Auto's!💪😎 3/10- The girls received their first Compost Tea yesterday and it looks like they loved it! (knew they would...lol!). They each got approx. 1/2g of tea fed to them gradually to allow the medium to absorb the tea. I also began LST on the #2 phenotype to get a handle on her before she got away as her growth is really beginning to take off! I anticipate that on the #1 phenotype, being a few days behind, will be starting her LST soon! Both girl's have great color and vigor, temp's in the 'FastBuds 4x4' are running 72-80 degrees with a 45% RH which is GTG for them right now. 😎👍 3/12- Well the girl's are 12 & 19 Days old today! Both girl's are really on a growth spurt, approaching 4" tall, and getting bushy as hell!. It seems as they're sprouting new leaves out every day...crazy! They both continue to receive nightly foliar feeding with Fox Farms Flower Kiss mixed @ 5ml/g and applied just before the 5 hour dark period. Daily watering's continue with de-chlorinated water to which I've now added 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel to and then ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 72deg. with a 0.4 EC which, when I water I soak the pots thoroughly, but not to the point of runoff. Twice a week when I water I will water just from the bottom of the pots to let the plants draw up the liquid into their pots to ensure that the medium is moist throughout for those roots to grow into! I have begun LST on both phenotype's and am checking them multiple times daily to tuck leaves and adjust if necessary. The SunSystems LEC 315 cmh is still hung at 40" above canopy above her. Next week I will be switching the SunSystems out for a BRAND NEW HLG 225 LED that the folk's at HLG were kind enough to sponsor me with. 😎🙏This light from HLG is supposed to be a direct replacement for the LEC315 in the tent currently. I can't wait to see what this bad boy can do for the FastBuds girls...can you?! 😀 Tent temperatures are a steady 79.7 degrees thanks to my Hurricane exhaust fan connected to a 6x24" Terrabloom carbon filter w/ IdealAir Controller which has the capability to vary the fan speed....Works like a charm! 😎👍 RH in the 4x4 is 45-50% and all fans are running now as well as the IdealAir 14k BTU A/C unit pumping in cool air. 3/14- Well there goes another week behind us on this journey to dank, sticky buds! Both pheno's are doing fantastic and putting out new growth daily! They've got incredible vigor and color...just gorgeous! 😎👍 The #2 pheno who's a week ahead of her sister has really reacted well to her LST and has multiple branches all reaching up to the light! She is really going to be impressive! The #1 pheno is going to be a beautiful example of this cultivar as well. Although a week behind her sister, she's making up the difference quickly and responding to her LST like a champ with multiple branches now all extending up to the light! ~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey through the next weeks as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~

Well here we go into Week Three of Veg! 👏😎 With three weeks of initial growth behind them now, the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's are doing great and are in an enormous growth spurt! 3/15- Week Three of veg....now things will get interesting fast with the phenomenal growth that both these girl's are exhibiting! Both Gorilla Cookies girls are doing absolutely fabulous! Both are under LST and I've topped the #1 pheno. Both are now in pre-flower, showing signs of sex. I'll be top dressing them later this week with their first organic dry amendments. I'll be giving them a 60/40 mix of 4-4-4 and 3-9-4 @ 2 tbsp. per gallon of medium worked in by hand, then watered in. This should really give them a much needed boost for their stretch! They both continue to receive nightly foliar feeding with Fox Farms Flower Kiss mixed @ 5ml/g and applied just before the 5 hour dark period. Daily watering's continue with de-chlorinated water to which I'm now alternating adding 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel to for a feed and then switching to Fox Farms Microbe Brew @ 5ml/g and Fox Farms Big Bloom (OMRI organic) @ 10ml/g then each is ph'd to 6.4-6.6 @ 72deg. with a 0.4 EC 350-400ppm. When I water I soak the pots thoroughly, but not to the point of runoff. Twice a week when I water I add water to the trays under the pots to let the plants draw up the liquid into their pots to ensure that the medium is moist throughout for those roots to grow into! 3/17- Both girl's are doing fantastic with the #2 phenotype approaching 8" in height and the #1 that's a week behind her, not far behind! They both received a heavy watering yesterday in two portions. First, at the start of the light cycle, I gave each .5 gallon de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g Botanicare CalMag+ and 5ml/g Botanicare Silica Blast added and then ph'd to 6.5 @72 degrees using Alchemist PH Down to make the adjustment. This watering was given through the bottom of their pots by filling their drip pans and letting the fabric pots draw up the liquid into them, giving the medium in the lower half of the pots much needed moisture for the growing root systems. The second watering at mid-day was given through the top of the pots via pump sprayer which was filled with the identical solution used to water earlier and each received .25g each. Foliar feedings continue 4-5 nights a week and they both have a noticeable improvement in their overall appearance as a result of the foliar feedings. I have the HLG 650R cranked up to 400w at the wall now and still hung @ 40" above canopy which resulted in the tent temp's rising slightly requiring the IdealAir AC unit's thermostat to be lowered to compensate. I have the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 fan with Controller set on 'Auto Hi Temp' with it set to 79 degrees. It's been doing fantastic, adjusting the fans speed automatically, keeping tent temperatures no higher than 80.1 degrees with a RH of 55%. The AutoPilot co2 Controller is now set to a 900ppm setpoint, with a 100ppm window setpoint which has the co2 levels running 800-1000ppm's in the Gorilla 4x8. At this point I'm just maintaining their water and training daily, watching their rapid growth and anxiously awaiting signs of pre-flower which I hope will not be too soon allowing them to gain size! How much FUN this is! 😍 3/19- Daily watering's continue with de-chlorinated water to which I'm now alternating adding 5ml/g of Fox Farms Wholly Mackerel to for a feed along with Fox Farms Kelp Me Kelp You @ 0.25 tsp per gallon and Microbe Brew@ 0.5 tsp per gallon. After all the nutrients are mixed in the water, I let it stand for 10-15min, then ph'd it 6.4-6.6 @ 72deg. with a 0.8 EC 350-400ppm using Alchemist PH Down. My well water has a ph of 7.7 and with these nutrients added the ph comes down by itself and only requires 2ml of PH Down to bring it to 6.5. I water heavy yesterday and when I checked the girl's this morning their pots were still fairly heavy so I skipped the AM watering. I'll wait until the afternoon, check them again, and water then if necessary. Their nightly foliar feeding with Fox Farms Flower Kiss mixed @ 5ml/g continues and is applied just before the 5 hour dark period. They both are extremely vigorous and have a rich green color. The node spacing on both is looking great as is their overall development. They've both just about covered up their 5g pots with their abundant foliage. I decided to wait a few more days before top dressing them, as they are looking really healthy and I don't want to overload the medium with unnecessary nutrients. When I do top dress, I'll use a total of 2 tbsp. per gallon of medium of a 60/40 mix of Dr. Earth Premium 4-4-4 and Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4, spread into the pots and worked in by hand. Afterwards, I water it in with straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5. 3/21- I decided to go ahead and top dress both girls with organic dry amendments today. I used Dr. Earth Premium 4-4-4 and Dr. Earth Flower Girl 3-9-4 @ 2 tbsp. per gallon of medium, with a ratio of 43%/57% respectively, which I spread around in their pots and then worked it into the top layer of medium by hand. After working it in, I watered it in thoroughly with .75g of de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g of Fox Farms Microbe Brew added to further inoculate the medium with beneficial bacteria and mycorrhiza which should really give a boost to my ladies as they get ready to go into pre-flower. Well here we go with Week Three of veg behind us and now there's nothing but excitement from here on out!. Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach with the girls starting pre-flower... Well here we go into Week Four of Veg! 👏😎 With four weeks of initial growth behind them now, the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's are doing great and sprouting new growth everyday, especially the #2 pheno who's wide, stocky and getting taller by the day! Thank you for following along this journey with me, especially with FastBud's announcement of this 'Tester Strain #2103's name being revealed as 'Purple Punch'! 3/22- Well Week Four of veg is here and the girls are going though some changes now with both girl's going into Pre-Flower. I'm thankful that I decided to top dress them yesterday as the dry amendments are slow release which will start providing nutrients right at the time when they'll need it the most! I used some training clips by Engineering Essentials on both girls to train their branches down and out with LST to spread them out as much as possible to create as many bud sites as possible and by late in the day they had already recovered and had all their branches curving up to the light! After their heavy watering in of their top dress yesterday their pots were still HEAVY so I'm not watering today to give the pots an opportunity to dry out some. The 'FastBuds 4x4's temp's are running in the upper 70's during the light cycle and drop to the upper 60's when the HLG 225 is off. RH is currently at 50-55% to try and keep the VPD numbers in a decent range. 3/24- Both girl's are in flower now with the #2 being the prettier of the two. All they are getting now is 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC once a day. I occasionally will give them a small drink in the afternoon as well depending on how they look. I'm continuing with tucking leaves and gently manipulating branches multiple times a day to maintain light penetration down into the center of both plants. They both have an abundance of bud sites forming and are looking to be some beauties! Their color and vigor remain good, however I did have a minor issue with tent temp's. I run a 14k BTU A/C unit ducted directly into two tents and adjust the temp setting according to whether the lights are on or off. I was late lowering the A/C temp by about 10 min. this morning and as a result the temperature in the tent rose to 85.7 degrees F which caused some minor 'taco-ing' on their leaves. I quickly lowered the temperature down into the mid to upper 70's F and both girls recovered rapidly...thank goodness! I'm hoping the heat stress won't affect their development too much, if at all. 3/26- Daily watering continues with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC given to each in the morning. Foliar feeding before lights out continues every other night. They're both looking gorgeous with their developing flowers and I anxiously await to see their development over the next few weeks! 3/28- So long Week 4! OMG...both girls are absolutely phenomenal specimens with gorgeous color, structure and growth rate they're hard to beat! Daily watering continues with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC given to each in the morning. Foliar feeding before lights out continues every other night. Their water intake has increased slightly and I've been dividing their watering to twice daily to keep up with their needs. I spend the majority of my time 'tucking & plucking' leaves and making sure the environment stays as close to on point as possible. I am having issues with keeping the 4x4 in the mid 70's during the light cycle as our weather has really warmed up. This 4x4 is a new setup that I'm trying a new A/C ducting design with to cool it, and with the outside ambient temp's rising the A/C unit isn't able to push enough cool air into it to keep temp's in the sweet spot. To adapt, I've been keeping the tent flaps and door open to get more cool air in which is currently working, but I'm going to have to figure out this cooling issue before next month as it will only be getting warmer from here on out. I WILL get this figured out... I love a challenge! 😎👍 Onward to Week 5 where the buds will be getting bigger and these girls really start to show their stuff! Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach with the girls starting pre-flower... Grow Strong! 😎🙏

Well here we go into Week Five and flowering has begun! 👏😎 With five weeks of initial growth behind them now, the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's are doing great and sprouting new growth everyday, especially the #2 pheno who's wide, stocky and getting taller by the day! Thank you for following along this journey with me, especially with FastBud's announcement of this 'Tester Strain #2103's name being revealed as 'Purple Punch'! 3/29- The girls are in flower and doing fantastic! I was fortunate enough to be offered a UFS3000 LED Grow Light by UnitFarm and installed it in place of the 315LEC which, as luck would have it, has also solved my cooling issues in the 4x4! With the UnitFarm 200w UFS3000 LED AND the HLG 225 both running the temp's are now maxing out at 78 degrees during the light cycle...Sweet! I'm really curious to see how the girls respond to this new light as it has a decent spectrum including UV, is about as low profile as you can get due to its remotely mounted driver, runs extremely cool (94 degrees on the board), and is priced under $200.00! Hard to beat! Daily watering continues with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC given to each in the morning. Foliar feeding before lights out continues every other night. They're health, color and vigor remain off the chart as they progress into flower! I'm still spending the majority of my time 'tucking & plucking' leaves and making sure the environment stays as close to on point as possible and will be doing some defoliation on 'little shorty' pheno #2 as she's bushy as hell and really needs some thinning out. 3/31- Watered both girls this morning with 0.50g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC I have to say that these girl's are really impressive with their structure and growth...just spectacular! The HLG 225 and UnitFarm UFS3000are both running in the 4x4, and are hung 18" above canopy. Temperatures, RH and VPD all are gtg and on point with 'daytime' temps at a constant 76 degrees @ 50% RH, dropping to 65 degrees during the dark period. 4/2- Both girls are in flower and their thirst has increased with the flowering taking place. Their need for phosphorus should also be increasing now and I may hit them with some Fox Farms Beastie Bloom to smack em in the ass with a big shot of phosphorus...I'm still debating. I'm letting the plants tell me what they need now. I'm closely monitoring them (without micro-managing), watering when they show signs of needing it (leaves JUST starting to droop) and nutrients (when their color Just starts to be not as vibrant). Right now they're both doing phenomenally! When I water them it is with 0.75g straight de-chlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 200ppm 0.4 EC and I'm watering through the top, taking time to allow the medium to slowly absorb it to avoid runoff. This weekend I will top dress each with 2 cups of Wiggle Worm Castings and then water it in. When I water in the castings I'll add 2 tbsp. per gallon of Grandma's Unsulfured Molasses to the water which will supercharge the microbes! 4/4- I top dressed both Gorilla Cookies with 2 cups of Wiggle Worm castings and water it in with 0.25g straight de-chlorinated water to which I added 1/4 tsp/g of Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 degrees 400ppm 0.8 EC This morning the girls looked absolutely VIBRANT! They must have really enjoyed the PK boost from yesterday huh?! Both girls mediums were still fairly moist so I held off with the AM watering and will take a look at them this afternoon and see what they tell me! Well it's really been a great week, the girl's are both healthy and doing fantastic, stacking flower! Next week promises to be just as, if not more, exciting so stay tuned for all the action! 😎🙏

Well here we go into Week Six and the third week of flower has begun! 👏😎 With six weeks of initial growth behind them now, the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's are doing great and are putting everything into stacking their flowers for these last few weeks! Thank you for following along this journey with me, especially with FastBud's announcement of this 'Tester Strain #2103's name being revealed as 'Purple Punch'! 4/5- Week 2 of flower and both girl's are happy, healthy and stacking flowers! Both GC's are done gaining height with the #1 @ 17" and 11" on the #2 PP who's now known as 'Shorty'. Both of these lady's flowers are frosting up beautifully and I'm looking forward to see how they turn out!😍 I've switched up their feeding slightly with the addition of Fox Farms Beastie Bloomz and Open Sesame which are given alternately three days a week. In addition, I'm now supplementing their water once a week each with Unsulfured Molasses and Honey @ 2 tbsp/g and 2 tsp/g respectively. The Molasses gives a boost to the microbial colony as well as being loaded with essential minerals and micro-nutrients that the plants love. The Honey really promotes healthy root systems and is a natural anti-bacterial which I've used for decades with tremendous success! I now have the HLG 225 and UnitFarm UFS3000 hung 18" above canopy which the ladies are digging as am I because the tent temperatures are now perfect and are remaining constant! Environmentally, the 'daytime' temp's are a steady 77.4 degrees F and drop to 65 degrees F during the 'nighttime'. The RH is staying around 42-46% which I'd like to be higher to lower the VPD but as the girls both appear healthy and happy I'll let it ride! I also put the risers back under both of their pots to ensure that the bottom of the fabric pot gets adequate airflow preventing a possible anaerobic condition from the roots not getting any oxygen, therefore killing them (it only takes 20 minutes of oxygen deprivation to kill cannabis roots! Keep this in mind when watering...don't drown your roots!). 😎👍 4/7- I checked their pots this morning and they were still fairly heavy and the bottoms were still wet so I skipped watering today. They're both looking MARVELOUS and present a stark contrast of phenotypes with the #1 being tall with wide node spacing, the #2 short & stocky with really tight node spacing...pretty cool! I plucked a few leaves blocking light on the #2 aka 'Shorty' as she's a bushy little biatch. I really don't have to do anything to the #1 other than water/feed and I turn both girl's pots 1/4 turn each day to give the entire plants plenty of light. 4/9- Well this weeks almost in the books and both Gorilla Cookies ladies are looking absolutely FABULOUS!!! 😍 All I'm doing at this point is making sure they're watered, fed and turning their pots 1/4 turn twice daily. They are running out their final weeks strong, stacking their flowers and ramping up their trichome production with the #1 pheno (the tall one) being the frostier of the pair. The #1 is also has the strongest smell of the two having a aroma reminiscent of some kind of candy that I can't yet put my finger on! 4/11- Week three of flower has come and gone! The GC girl's are 50 +/- days old now and only have a week or two left in them. I'll be switching them over to straight water for their last week to help them use up any nutrients in them and hopefully bring out some beautiful colors! Both were watered with 0.50g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms ChaChing added @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 1.2 EC Well, there goes this week...next week will usher in their final flower development with both girl's going into their fourth week of flower!😍 ~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the next weeks approach and the flowering gets more intense and the end of this journey draws closer... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~

Well here we go into Week Seven and the fourth week of flower has begun! 👏😎 With seven weeks of initial growth behind them now, the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's are on FIRE and are putting everything into stacking their flowers for these last couple of weeks! Thank you for following along this journey with me, especially with FastBud's announcement of this 'Tester Strain #2103's name being revealed as 'Purple Punch'! 4/12- Well the fourth week of flower is here and these girls don't have far to go! Both have densely stacked flowers that are SOLID to the squeeze and the trichomes on both of these ladies will be making for some killer extractions after they're harvested! Both were watered with 0.50g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms ChaChing added @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 1.2 EC. I'm continuing with the daily routine of making sure they're watered, fed and turning their pots 1/4 turn twice daily to expose as much of them to as much light as possible! 4/14- My girl's recieved their usual watering of 0.50g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms ChaChing added @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 1.2 EC which they're both doing fantastic on, showing no signs of any issues and putting out some gorgeous ass flowers! Their color, vigor and overall health remain consistently on point and they both have a deliciously sweet aroma coming from their flowers!...It'll make your mouth water!😍 4/16- Yesterday was a 'dry' day as their 10g fabric pots were still pretty heavy, so I continued with the daily routine of checking the moisture level of their medium, feeding when needed and turning their pots 1/4 turn twice daily to expose as much of them to as much light as possible! Today they recieved 0.5g of dechlorinated water with Fox Farms ChaChing added @ 0.5 tsp/g and Bembe @ 1 tbsp/g, then ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. 1.2 EC which they're both doing extremely well on, showing no signs of any issues whatsoever! 4/18- Week Four of flower is behind us now and the finish line is in my sights! 😍 Watering continued today with 0.5g of dechlorinated water ph'd to 6.8 @ 72 deg. to continue with their flush. They both are getting real close to going dark for 72hrs. The #1 pheno, which is the one with the long 'legs', has started her fade and is looking gorgeous! The #2 phenotype, aka 'Shorty', is still a dark green with densely stacked, resinous buds and I'm checking her trichomes daily along with her sister. Their trichomes are about 80% milky, with some clear one's still visible and here and there an amber one. They'll be ready for their 72hr dark period before they're hung to dry any day now and needless to say I'm anxiously awaiting that time... The drying room is ready and waiting! ~Thank you so much for following along so far! I hope you'll continue to follow my journey as things will be getting more exciting as the final weeks approach and the end of this journey draws closer... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~

Well here we go into Week Eight and the Fifth and final week of flower! 👏😎 With nine weeks of initial growth behind them now, the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto's are finishing up, fading and have some of the juiciest buds you'll ever get!. Thank you for following along this journey with me. 4/19- Week FOUR of flower's here and man-o-man is these girls are looking SWEET! I watered them with 0.50g of dechlorinated water ph'd to 6.5 @ 72 deg. to flush any nutrients left in the medium. Now, these girl's are basically finished and all I'm doing is making sure they're watered, turn their pots daily and check trichomes!...that's it, easy peasy lemon squeezy! ~💚HAPPY 420 EVERYONE!!!💚~ Have a happy and lifted day!...and don't forget to 'pay it forward' 😎🙏 4/20- The Gorilla Cookies ladies are rolling and continue to stack their flowers forming some beautiful cola's and they have an intoxicating sweet aroma coming off them! I checked their trichomes today and made the decision to put them in the dark for 72hrs, starting tonight when the lights go out. I gave them their last drink of straight dechlorinated water with 1 tbsp/g of Fox Farms Sledgehammer added to finish off their flush. They will be ready to hang on the 24th so stay tuned for some 'pre-hanging' pictures which will show what 3 days in the dark can do for your trichome production! 4-25- Well, both Gorilla Cookies were hung yesterday and when I got them out of the dark they'd been in for 3 days they were GLISTENING with trichomes! The Dry Room is on point with temperature at 63 deg. and RH @ 58% and they should be ready to trim in 7-10 days! Stay tuned for the final weigh in results and strain review that will be upcoming! 💚 ~Thank you so much for following along with me! This has been one of the most enjoyable runs I've had in awhile and I'm blown away by the results produced by the genetics from my friends at FastBuds and from the HLG 225 LED, which I can't say enough good things about this little light with HUGE output and phenomenal results... Grow Strong! 😎🙏~

FastBuds Gorilla Cookies Auto ~ One pheno developed rounded compact buds with super fat calyxes with tons of trichomes giving it a frosty coating, while the other pheno had beautiful dark green buds with orange and white hairs that provided a breathtaking contrast of colors, especially with the heavy coating of white 'frost' that makes her buds look sugar coated... they have the 'bag appeal' we all love to see! The buds give off a mouth-watering mix of diesel with a peppery bite on the #1 phenotype, while the #2 pheno has a cheesy aroma with a citrusy finish. I had to try a 'test bud from each, though I usually prefer to let them cure for at least a week or two before I sample. This strain has a definitely sweet taste, almost pastry like on the draw, that becomes gassy on the exhale and lingers in your mouth reminding you why you grew this strain!. Gorilla Cookies has one of, if not the highest THC level's you'll get in an auto at up to a whopping 27% so the effect is fast, going straight to your head launching you into a state of euphoria with a case of 'smile-itis' 😁 Keep smoking, and you know you will, and you'll experience an awesome body high that goes from head to toe, progressing into full body relaxation that's hard to beat after a tough day, the BEST of both worlds! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😎💚 All in all, Gorilla Cookies is going to have a 'top spot' in my future runs and I am looking forward excitedly to press some of this and for the jars to finish their cure which is when the 'magic' really happens! Go get some of these seeds and plant them, you won't be disappointed! Just leave a few for me please! 😎🙏🏼💚

Gorilla Cookies... What a fun strain this has been to cultivate! I ran two pheno's, one was tall with wide node spacing which produced some beautiful buds that were round, extremely compact and sticky as glue! The other phenotype grew short and compact, only reaching 12" in height. What this pheno lacked in size she more than made up for in the quality of her flowers which, with her tight internodal spacing, formed beautifully dense cola's drenched in resinous trichomes! 😍 Both girls were a breeze to grow, were vigorous throughout the entire cycle with vibrant coloration and voracious appetites. Their water was kept at a constant 6.5ph for the entire run with their feeds running up to a max of 1.4 EC which they obviously loved! The Horticulture Lighting Group HLG 225 (hung @ 18" above their canopy) did an AWESOME job on these two girl's, ending up with 112g from them after drying... I'd say it's a keeper! (2 of these will 💥BLOW UP💥 a 4x4!) The environment of the tent throughout the run remained shockingly constant with temp's running 78℉ during the 19/5 light cycle, down to 68℉ during the 5 hour dark period with the RH a constant 45%. They grew 64-69 days respectively and both produced some super frosty buds absolutely covered in trichomes which should make this an epic strain for extractions! Neither of these Gorilla Cookies auto's ever experienced any issues whatsoever and took everything I threw at them with aplomb and remained extremely healthy throughout the entire run, having great color and vigor. They both started flowering in typical FastBuds fashion at right about 21 days, and produced some epic buds absolutely covered in trichomes and hard as rocks that have a gassy/sweet aroma that hits you HARD! After they finished, I gave them 72 hours in the dark @ 67℉ before being hung in my 'drying room' where they stayed for 8 days @ 66℉ and a RH of 57-63%. After the eight days hanging they were ready to be trimmed up and placed into jars to cure which I like to be 4-5 weeks at a minimum which will greatly improve the taste and terpene profile! FastBuds has hit yet another homerun with this strain. I'll be looking forward to running it again (maybe with some more wattage next time! 😎) I proudly give it my "Official Canna Prophet Seal of Approval"! Don't think twice, go get some Gorilla Cookies and enjoy! 😋💚 💚~Thank you for following along this journey with me and the FastBuds Gorilla Cookies! Growing these beautiful cultivars is always better with someone to share the experience with and I hope you enjoyed this diary half as much as I did creating it!~💚 😎🙏

@Antony_mow, After a week in the jars, I pressed some of the flower which had a 22-24% return of gorgeous rosin. I use the 'sugar trim' for bubble hash and/or the sift screens. 🤪❤️
