Sory guys, I got distracted with my photoperiods and skipped a week on the auto diary π
There is nothing much to report, they're vegging still and I'm only feeding water with Biosys.
OG Kush threw out one node with whorled phylotaxy but corrected itself. It has also pre-flowered. It's a girl!
Skunk #1 is has more significant whorled phylotaxy (3 leaves per node instead of 2) all the way up so far. It may or may not grow out of it and I need to keep an eye on it for hermy tendencies. It has quite dark leaves and is a little floppy. Something seems off.
Sour orange auto is the pick of the bunch so far - it has grown completely normally with no mutations. She is also pushing pistils so definitely a girl.
I'm going to increase the hours of daylight once I've got my photoperiods harvested - either this week or next.
1/04 I added worm castings mixed with a dose of AUTO bloom by living soils to the top of the medium. We'll see how these go, hopefully better than biobizz.
2/04
Skunk #1 is a Herm. I think there's something wrong with it, either genetic or possibly a viroid - drop a comment if you know what it is!
I'm not going to kill it, I'm going to put it outdoors in a hidden place and see what it does.. π¨βπ¬π»
@Chilipadi, if the autoflower trait is properly selected for and stabilised, then the length of the day should make no difference. I think there are some "semi autos" available but I don't really know the details of those. They usually tend to be genetically closer to wild type or landrace strains.
@Chilipadi, I am mate yeah as they are starting in the shade of some photoperiod Banana Glues. I'll be increasing the daylight hours once it's just autos in the tent.
@Chilipadi, thanks for the heads up man. To be honest that's perfect as I'm hoping she will self seed and it gives some time for the seeds to mature ππΌ
@Eauderay, It was an autoflower, so I think normal to show sex in the third or fourth week.
Also, it was not a hermaphrodite but a normal male so nothing to do with the lights or any other environmental factor.
Wurst april ever!!
Hope you get some revenue from her. When she has to much seeds,
making hash from it is always better than burning seeds in a joint!!!
