Beautiful fade on the OG Kush autoπ
I've never seen a plant do this before in one of my grows - I'm assuming it was facilitated by the switch to LED and thus lower temperatures. Possibly the change in light spectrum also.
Whatever the cause, it looks amazing π
I'll keep adding photos throughout the week as it progresses πΈ
Quick update on the plants I moved outside:
Skunk #1 auto - still alive but not looking good. It's definitely been inspected by a fox as evidenced by fur stuck to the sticky trap, a bite mark out of the fabric pot and I think he marked his territory too. I guess foxes and skunks don't get on π¦ I think this plant will wilt and die.
Sour orange auto:
Seems to still be in stasis. It looks exactly how it did when I put it outside a week ago. I think the cold night time temps are probably taking a toll.
It still has viable flowers though and the pollen sacs are still there. It has potential for an S1 seed crop still. As long as the fox doesn't find it π€£
@Chilipadi, if the autoflower trait is properly selected for and stabilised, then the length of the day should make no difference. I think there are some "semi autos" available but I don't really know the details of those. They usually tend to be genetically closer to wild type or landrace strains.
@Chilipadi, I am mate yeah as they are starting in the shade of some photoperiod Banana Glues. I'll be increasing the daylight hours once it's just autos in the tent.
@Chilipadi, thanks for the heads up man. To be honest that's perfect as I'm hoping she will self seed and it gives some time for the seeds to mature ππΌ
@Eauderay, It was an autoflower, so I think normal to show sex in the third or fourth week.
Also, it was not a hermaphrodite but a normal male so nothing to do with the lights or any other environmental factor.
Wurst april ever!!
Hope you get some revenue from her. When she has to much seeds,
making hash from it is always better than burning seeds in a joint!!!
