Today was topping day!
Everyone is looking great and they're growing pretty properly, minus the cramped area and my inability to center plants in their pots! Even though they're in a good amount of coco coir, they are still a bit wet after four days and show no signs of unhappiness (we'll see now that I chopped them in half) so I am going to wait to water them until after their dark period. Unless I check them in a bit and they need water of course.
Not much else to report, but I will update as they recover and I tie them down and abuse the poor things further.
UPDATE 4/18/21:
Watered the babies and started training on some of the ones who have their soon-to-be mainline branches growing long enough. Love these little plastic plant training clip things!
Trying to organize them better so they aren't all growing into one another. I don't think I'll be needing the humidifier any more as summer is coming up in time for them to want drier weather, so maybe I can take it out and give them some extra space. Few more weeks tops and I can change them to 12/12 and see who is staying and whether or not I will be up-potting them or just winging it with a ton of tiny females plants. Either way I will be happy!!
