Love how much time this competition has! Really let’s us get our other diaries out the way! Wish I could do an outside grow just not going to happen for me’ but I’ll be expressing all I’ve learned on this competition! All the high heat should pass perfectly for transition (Summer) #allabouttiming

Hi, first of all, I want to thank Zamnesia for the seeds and the competition.
Why aren't you satisfied with what you received? It's not a given to get seeds for free.
On the other hand, I can also understand the criticism that some express. It's certainly a shame that a winner didn't have a harvest result. Of course, my photos aren't the best either, but not everyone here is a photographer.
Everyone who has a diary here invests a lot of time, some more in the plants and some more in the diary.
I personally didn't expect to win with so many good diaries, but I would have wished it for anyone who participated and invested a lot of time and love.
I believe that you can't judge the quality of the result based on a diary and photos.
The main reason for growing should not be to win prizes, but the love for the plant! <3

@Xam_136, but you and another didn't even follow the rules:
Zamnesia's grow package will consist of:
5 x seeds of your choice
Nutrients
Pot
Flyer with additional info
This package will be shipped to you by Zamnesia and it is obligatory to use provided items when growing.
One was outdoor and yours was in a 50L. It was seemingly obligatory to use the pot they sent.

@HighnDry, at the start of the contest somebody asks which nutrients to use, because his plant needed some. Zammi told them he can use every nutrients that he want to use.
So they withdraw their own rules 🤔

@Xam_136, yes, on top of the Zammi nutes sent. There was no question asked about pot sizes and outdoor grows. I wouldn't be surprised if a random number generator was used as without a doubt the 3 winners are not in the top 10%. Whilst I may not have won myself, seeing a company blatantly not even follow their own rules leaves a bitter aftertaste. Won't be bothering with Zam again, free or paid for.

So i have a question or two....we have one 11L fabric pot for one plant.
The monster bud mix is 100–150g to 18–22L substrate.
Are we allowed to add 75g to the 11L fabric pot and veg out for 10-12 weeks until the mix runs out. Add the remaining 75g and then flip to flower and run for 10-12 weeks depending on the strain?
I've never used fabric pots and was wondering if i did veg for that long would i encounter root bound issues? Would vegging for so long and creating an organic monster be okay for the comp? I suppose it should be okay as if someone wanted to mainline/manifold they would need loads of recovery time...but I've not run organic so i can't say....also do we nee to run Monsterbud only or can we add molasses, cress other organic stuff?? i have questions man....I've not received my stuff yet but seen peeps receiving Autos and I've never done an auto but pretty sure i didn't pick auto. Got my runtz i ordered and got a free scratch card....3 free Sticky Beast Auto seeds....win win there! 😃 👍

I really think you have to mix the fertilizer that is supplied, directly into the soil , put your loved one 🌱 , obviously make her grow no more than a month if she's Indica, if it is Sativa less still, water and nothing more..
Just my idea 😉
At this point it is "easier" for those who have chosen an Autoflowering ..
I like you too would like to know if you can use molasses, but also mycorrhizae and smaller Pot / jiffy / other for the first week..
However I think it should be done as I reported 👆

@YOREEL, the only problem I see there is 20/24 week grow for you is going to cut it close to 200 days (the deadline) also you would have to add some extra nutrients probably to compensate for the size. But I guess this is the nature of this competition. If this is all the information provided I wouldn't read into it too much.

@YOREEL, You can try. But tricky with those long-term fertilizers. Some may release vegging nutes for a month or so and then flowering nutes later.
Also..I don't know these nutes, but if they're organic it is very likely it takes time to activate. So if your plants start to flower (where they would need most nutes) and you add fresh pellets which will take a few weeks until they give off nutes...that would be a problem.
From what I see, most of these long-term nutes are best for autos indoors...and maybe 2-3 months max. If you grow outdoors, and then for a long time...you would require specially coated nutes where you know these give off goodies even after months vegging. And I am sure that most of these long-term nutes for hobbygrowers can't do that. They are also not designed for outdoor grows, eg. heat in the sun etc. will also accelerate how fast they deplete. On the other hand, I mean you can try.
