Its been almost 1 week since i put it on the pot, im not seeing any kind of progress. Im starting to worry, i had to dig some dirt to be able to find it. What should i do? Is she alive?

Patience is key, give some time and she is going to catchup. I also start my autos in the final pot with success, some are faster, some are slower, depends on many factors, a thing to keep in mind is not to over water when small plants are in big pots.

She looks perfectly normal at this point.

It looks like she sprouted 1 day ago? Sometimes when you start seeds in big pots, they get busy underground making lots of roots, that's one reason most start them in small cups.
Some seeds have a harder time to crack. If you soak them in warm water for up to 24 hours it can really speed up the process.

Chill’ax my friend. Some seeds take longer than others. A week is nothing to worry about. Just let her grow from here. She should be fine.
