Puntos blancos hojas

Una de mis plantas auto tiene manchas blancas en las hojas, similares a cuando he tenido mosca blanca en otros cultivos. Sin embargo, solo le ocurre a una de ellas (que está junto a otras 7) y no hay nada en el revés de las hojas. ¿Sabéis qué puede ser?

Will this tape repair a broken stem?Should I re-wrap this broken stem? Bent with too much pressure and there was a snap, though not completely severed.
