Light distance to plants in flower.What is the best light distance during flower?
I'm currently going into my second week of flower and wondering the best height for light. Its currently sitting at 40cm but I have been told to bring it up to 60-70cm during flower?
Any tips would be hugely appreciated.

HLG 550 V2 RSpec power/height in flowerI’m using an HLG 550 V2 RSpec in a 3x3 tent over one Universal Kush plant. Anyone have experience growing with this light in a similar setup? How can I prevent these light burn issues?It seems these Mars hydro lights are not so great. This is my third grow and having the same issue every time. Red stems where they are exposed to light. Yellowing leaves. But when I move the lights further away, stretching is very bad. Should I just get new light?Setup. Lighting

Grow light height in floweringI have a lumatex ATS 200w led, I've it raised to max height but I've still only 10 inches of clearance from the canopy. It's flowering now and upward growth has stopped as buds are starting to fill out, will I be ok with this short distance?Week 8

Led Light distance and power question.I have a Lumatek Attis 300w.
For the beginning of vegetation stade, I place it at 60cm of the plants and configure power on 40%.

360w all together which is what I expected to use during flower, I didnt realise that you dont need to use as much during veg, all plants have had to be flushed with EC's at 106y ago
