Let them get settled before you give them nutes. Week one is definitly too early. Time is ticking until flower so you don't want any setbacks in Veg ✌️

Check the actual content of your cal/mag. The reason I'm telling this is that probably you have nitrogen in there too because most of the cal/mag products are made of calcium nitrate and something else so you want to take that in consideration when adding it to your mix. You might need to lower the dose of something else so you wont feed too much nitrogen by accident. I think that best cal/mag product are Pure Epsom salt (MgSO4) it has Magnesium and Sulfur and for calcium you can mix dolomite lime or egg shells in soil and for hydro CaO or chelated Calcium. This way it is MUCH more easier to control your nutes in the system.👌

in the first week i wouldn't feed them anything.. they should still have enough nutrients from the seed. If you want to feed them, then only a tiny amount (best if you have an EC meter to measure it). The question whether you want to add cal/mag is more about the type of water that you use.. If you have hard tap-water there might be a lot of salts already included. That's why many people (me included) use reverse osmosis water (the RO filter cost me about 50 bucks and 15 for an adapter to my tap). This will remove all the salts and bring the EC value down to 0. In that case it's necessary to add calcium and magnesium back, and that's when the calmag needs to be added. When using tap-water i'd only add it if i see a deficiency. If you're on soil, i also recommend reading this link: https://www.mandalaseeds.com/Guides/Fertilizing-Smart-Guide Has helped me a lot in the beginning. happy growing!

No. Don't give nuits until see the true leaves start. Unless it's a root enhancer.
