Can I defoliat my autos? I'm LST them, am I able to remove the fan leaves that are in the way?

yes, i defoliate my autos regularly to ensure light getting in to the lower branches, and also for keeping air circulation good to keep humidity in check

I defoliate at every feeding. I recently lollipopped my girls lol they havent skipped a beat. Most autos love it and yields and overall bud size and quality are improved.

Hey as long as you are still growing and doing LST you can remove a few if necessary ;-)

Yes you can defoliate an auto but don’t go doing it all at once,I pick a few leafs when they are covering new growth and then I wait a couple days before I pick some more..i
