Hi, i don't fully understand your question.. do you mean she's not starting to flower?
Is she an auto-flower strain?
If not then you would have to switch the light-cycle to 12/12 to induce the beginning of flowering.. this is normal for photoperiodic plants.
And even if it is an auto-flowering plant, if the genetics aren't great it can happen that they don't go to flowering.. And some autoflowers just start a bit late, that could also be the case..
I would switch to 12/12 and see if this makes any difference, then it's most likely you have a "regular" one and not an autoflower.
