When to start using Canna Boost?

Being a newbie and not having the knowledge I was just wondering about my Canna schedule and when should i move onto vegetative phase 2 and start using Canna Boost?
Should I wait until I see some pistils?

le Canna Boost se mets des que les plantes commence a fleurir donc a la premiÚre semaine de floraison. Faites attention de ne pas le mélangé a du peroxydes d'hydrogÚne (H2O2). Utilise la solution dilué dans les 4 jours maximum.
Tu peux passer en floraison maintenant, mais tu peux aussi continué ta phase de végétation. C'est a toi de voir personnellement je les passe en floraison a partir du 21 eme jour mais je ne suis pas en LED.

Hey buddy :-) Canna boost is only given in bloom :-) in vegi it doesn't make sense :-) your plant is beautiful đđđ±

Hello.. Hope you are well.. Ok, cuz she's in soil u wont need to give her anything but ph'd water unitl wk 2/3 in veg.. After that start giving her small amount of veg food until u want to flower her.. Wen u change hrs to 12/12, after a few weeks those pistols will pop out.. Wen they do start to introduce ur boost accelerator.. Personally i dont go above 3.5ml per litre and start giving her it bout 2ml per litre then ain at higher end in last wks of flowering.. Watering on First daysThis my first grow. I watered the soil on the first day, then after 3 days i watered again with almost 250 ml , the pots are 6.5 L .
Should i water the plants until water comes out under the pot ? And then water again when the top is 1 inch dry ?

Potassium soil with neem oil and kelp extract as a foliar spray on seedlingsI have doubts about applying some foliar sprays. I've used Neem Oil + Potassium Soap with some kelp liquid extract, together without any issues. The benefit of using it now is obvious, but, are my seedlings too small to handle foliar sprays?
