I have 4 plants around 8 weeks old and I'm noticing the tips of some of the leaves are turning brown. What is the cause and how do I correct it before it gets worse?

there's definitely new growth. They started flowering almost a week ago. I haven't watered them since Sunday and I think they are recovering. I don't see it spreading or getting worse. I mixed the three nutrients that I have together and watered them i think that did it.

Could be a few things.. Under/Overwatering, nutrient deficiency, or light burn.. Is it on old and new growth? Is there any curling? Brown sports or yellow leaves?

Black spots spreading // Need your help!Anyone got a clue what this dark spots could be? It started in a corner of the tent with 1 plant a few weeks ago and now it has spread to another. Brownish Spots on 2 Older Leafs. Young plant.I searched it up before posting this and what I found is: Leaf spot, canker, and fungus: Brown leaf spot, Yellow leaf spot, Cladosporium stem canker and Chaetomium fungus.
