I cant give very good answer on this cos I'm not so familiar with this many planta and all but generally bigger pots bigger plants and if I ever grow in soil I would go 20l pots so its not too small atleast and the size of the plant is not restricted 'cos too small pot. Maybe soil growers will get back to you soon enough to give better answers

Planing 4 of each so best size for them or do you recommend more

To be honest space is 2m by1m by1.6 my plan is to use bio bizz all mix with just bio grow nutrient I'm planing on growing tropicana banana and purple punch but this is the first time in 20 years since my last grow

7 week veg.. 12L-16L.. I like to go a bit bigger tho.

7 weeks. How big is your space.. Are they Sativa or Indica Dominant? there is a lot of considerations.

It depends how long you want to veg them? In general maybe 7-9 plants could fit perfectly
