Soon, in a week or two, the plants will go into bloom, should the scrog net be put before the full elongation of the flowers or should I wait?

When I have used SCROG in the past I threaded the veg plat into the net and topped/pinched them before going into flower, Some user will thread the plant into the net while in flower other just use it to create an even canopy for when switching they all stretch equally. If this is your first time I would try and use it to create an even canopy then just let it grow out as is. I also tent to strip all mini bud sites below the canopy/net as they don't really grow into anything. Good Luck! ***disclaimer, multiple people are answering all questions as there is a contest called GOTM, when a user is selected as the answer they get a point. Yep, you're going to want to get the plants set under a SCrog net before they start stretching. Then, they'll grow into the trellis and make for a lot less work. I hope this helps.
