pest or bugs; would say get an organic insecticide and spray her during night for 2 to 3 days and get rid of them.

as long as they don't eat the plant or damage it, it isn't a pest. bugs get in anywhere and everywhere, eventually. heck, coulda been the soil, if you use soil.
