not the shoots off top colas..
if you remove axuliary growth at all, it should be something buried -- never going to see the lights and only going to produce th emost unusable popcorn trash buds possible... at least conservatively.
now, the foliage in the canopy you should open up a bit. If you over do it, you will hurt your yield for sure.
You are not in flower yet, so if you do it now, you'll have to do it again in 7-14 days. if you choose to do it now, i wouldn't remove any auxiliary growth at this time. You'll have a much better idea of what is relevant ~10 days into bloom light schedule.
as far as evening it out.. there's plenty of growth left, even if you flip lights today. Simply bend down any dominant branches lower than others... it'll spruce back up in no time, but in the meantime it'll grow more vigorously elsewhere. This will even it out over next few+ weeks..
anyway, only remove a leaf if it allows light to hit strong growth that will go vertically into canopy... not snake another 12-18" horizontally before it sees the light.
Airflow will be improved greately from lolipopping. When/if you remove auxiliary growth, it'll be along with these older, mottled leaves that make it difficult to water, in addition to restricting air into your plant's foliage.
Be conservative and test out more in an area of the canopy and see how it reacts... i'm still learning to do it correctly. I butchered my last plant, but the one before that came out magnificently -- significantly improved depth of solid buds over entire canopy compared to other clones of same plant.
