Remove leafs(defoliation) and new shoots?

After 7weeks and 3days of vegetation. And some LST. Should I remove the large leaves and the new shoots that are coming off the branch from each topbud? (For the purpose of entering more light and those "topbuds" reach the correct level)

Hello.. Hope you are well.. No.. Never remove her top sets.. These are her brand new solar panels that she needs to photosynthesize (altho she has leafs everywer!).. NEVER remove ur top shoots unless u are topping or fimming her(usually during vegging stages) if u plan on flipping her soon just leave her to form buds then carry on with ur defoliation but only do small amounts each time.. If u plan to grow her out more then u can snip away at top no worries.. Stay safe n gud luck with her.. 👍🍀

not the shoots off top colas.. if you remove axuliary growth at all, it should be something buried -- never going to see the lights and only going to produce th emost unusable popcorn trash buds possible... at least conservatively. now, the foliage in the canopy you should open up a bit. If you over do it, you will hurt your yield for sure. You are not in flower yet, so if you do it now, you'll have to do it again in 7-14 days. if you choose to do it now, i wouldn't remove any auxiliary growth at this time. You'll have a much better idea of what is relevant ~10 days into bloom light schedule. as far as evening it out.. there's plenty of growth left, even if you flip lights today. Simply bend down any dominant branches lower than others... it'll spruce back up in no time, but in the meantime it'll grow more vigorously elsewhere. This will even it out over next few+ weeks.. anyway, only remove a leaf if it allows light to hit strong growth that will go vertically into canopy... not snake another 12-18" horizontally before it sees the light. Airflow will be improved greately from lolipopping. When/if you remove auxiliary growth, it'll be along with these older, mottled leaves that make it difficult to water, in addition to restricting air into your plant's foliage. Be conservative and test out more in an area of the canopy and see how it reacts... i'm still learning to do it correctly. I butchered my last plant, but the one before that came out magnificently -- significantly improved depth of solid buds over entire canopy compared to other clones of same plant.

Hi buddy at this stage I would not remove anything yet :-) I would take the lower shoots away as soon as you go into bloom so that the energy is not wasted on the popcorn buds :-) Keep going so your plant will be great 🙏🏻😍

You can remove some of the top fan leaves that are growing in towards the center of your plant but I only do it if they are covering a bud site that will reach the top canopy. Other than that I only remove the bottom 1/3 of the plant when I lollipoped. Hope this helps check out my first grow for tips tricks and to learn what not to do! Cheers and happy growing!
