Defoliated 2 fan leaves - pre flowering! :(

I've just removed 2 big fan leaves that were potential light blockers. I've just read that defoliating when flowering can stress the plant and reduce yield. The first pistels have appeared in the last few days and I only removed two leaves. Is it likely I've ruined it?

Like the other guy said, you will be fine. I don't agree with his statement you could strip the hole thing cause that would not be good, some people defoliate way to much. But plucking some leaves won't hurt anything. If you pulled the right leaves then you will benefit from bigger buds

Lol no it's gonna be just fine. You can strip that plant still and it will be fine . When I defoliate in week 3 or 4 of flower I take a grocery bag worth off the plant lol. 2 leaves you will be just fine
