Short, Bushy, Tight Node Spacing

My plants seem to be staying shorter and getting very bushy. Node spacing is super tight. Using a “2000 watt” LED that’s pulling 430W from the wall with the Veg and Bloom light both on. Should I turn bloom off? Or move the light a bit further away? Thoughts?

They look about like mine were when I started out. I felt the exact same way! I use two 240 w led full spectrum cobs. I moved my lights up probably another 10 inches and it helped them stretch up a bit more! Try it out. Check out my first grow for tips tricks and to learn what not to do! Cheers and happy growing!

Thanks everyone! I’m going to turn bloom back on and move the light up 10”. See what happens. I can see that an indica would be shorter as well, so that makes sense. I’m going to top it tomorrow, so I went out to look at the nodes today and I was like “hm... tough to tell what is what in there” haha. Hopefully defoliating will take some of the weight off the plant as well. Again, thanks for the answers, cheers!

Bonjour, Sous led la croissance peut etre plus longue et combien de lumen dégage tes LED ? Laisse la grandir et je pense que tu n'as pas a t'en faire elle va continuer de grandir.

With the bloom on they will stay more compacted. You want a little stretch then turn her off and do raise the light a little

Plant not growing in height My plant is not really increasing in height, in 20 days since sprouting it covered the 25cm diameter of the pot and now it's going out. It looks super healthy so I'm not too much worried but should I perhaps move the light higher so that the plant stretches a bit?

Height and leaf color?Nervous mother I suppose, but I am Concerned. My QK is lil over two inches and my FC whom sprouted 1st are staying right at under an inch. I have also noticed that my QK is also looking a paler green on the tips of the leaves is this a concern?
