Yes you can and LST can be started whenever you want but to me, the best way is to wait atleast 4-6 nodes to grow then just bend the whole thing sideways BUT GENTLY so she wont snap and tie her down. This way all of the lower 4-6 nodes you grew will become new main branches with the top you just tied down. If you start earlier you will just do more work with LST and the result is pretty much the same.
Also I noticed that your lights are not that strong so maybe photoperiod plant would be better 'cos you can keep those in veg as long as you want and grow little bit bigger plants before flowering. With autos they might stay really small and start to flower and the result is low yield, but hopefully that's not the case with you and to help this, you should add more hours to lights on. try 20/4 or even 24hrs if your heat is not an issue and the plants don't look stressed after the change
