I'm not sure if do the defolliation now or wait.. any advice? Today is the 2 day of the 7° week ( day 45) Lst I think to do 8 or max 9 weeks 60 or 67 days The flowers are start to grow just now.. only pistills for now... how you can see from the picture? Are autoflowering

I wouldn't unless needed. Leaves are the energy plants need for growth. If your dealing with humidity then a few middle leaves. I would try to tuck them.

defoliate LSTing the plant and it feels they are over growing covering new growth inside, I've read not to defoliate and some said to defoliate while training. need advise here.

Just a little bushy....no?Do remove anything for more air flow...also the top of the plant is below a cola...suggestions 😂👊 it just won't stop growing lol the top is behind another cola that's over growing it in pic 2
