When's best to start lst

Just looking for advise when is the best time to start lst if anyone does so and just seeing if she's looking healthy

Thanks for the advice first time growing so didn't know if to try lst or just to leave it I have been researching lst alot recently and think I'm going to give it a go starting today

Like Fusion said you can start as early as you like!
She looks lovely and vibrant!!
I done my first LST recently and gently worked the top over a few days to get her where I wanted.
Now she's gone mad!!! 😊
Go easy and you'll be fine.....remember to support the bottom of the stem the opposite way you're going to bend her 👍

Snapped branchI snapped 2 branches while training a few days ago.
I left them alone for a few days to see if they would recover.
They +- did but feel very unstable. Should I wait a few more days or just cut them off ?
