sinking seed?

So i put the seed in spring water and at first it sank and i thought it was a dud but then it rose back up to the top. is this good?

Yes, you want it to eventually sink (become saturated and loosen the outer shell). But until then they should float. Normally about 18-24h it takes.

I collected some new seeds from that grow, falling off the plants. These seeds will be feminized as well, right?
