Can i use seeds found in decent weed strains?

Excuse my ignorance but can i use seeds i found in very decent weed? i would only find 1 or 2 if any but in some really decent strains.
It's my 1st go, shall i wait or use them if at all?

wow. looks good! I have some very good strains so i think for my 1st run i'll just go with my bagseeds lol.
if i mess up its 1 overhead i've saved.
