Tell you a little secret. If you plant into those little peap pucks with the pointy side up about a 1/4 inch down, put it under your light and keep it wet, they will sprout in usually about 4 days to a week.
When you start them in water or paper towel and your handling a newborn baby to put it in its first pot, SHOCK.. When you transplant to its resting planter, SHOCK... This is why most people's babies grow so slow. Their whole new life starts with shock..Next time try the peat pucks and when the babies pop put them right into the final container and your lights right away, before roots are popping out. The no shock way....Your girls will love you for it.
