little doubts about flowering?

hello everyone, what do you think of this plant, unlike its sister, is long and with the most scattered and small flowers? it is at 8/9 week and has many small flower starts in the branches.

I had this happen to 2 autoflowers. I had a defective COB LED that was glowing for 2 hours after power goes out. i thought that was the cause... but could have been genetics. anyway, if not doing 24hour light, check for a leak. if so, maybe my suspicions are correct, but i thnk it's more likely genetics.
"dr. ginspoon" grows like this and at one time was one of the highest potency buds you could get. you can easily find an example on google image.
my experience.. the autos that looked like this tasted like total shit... small sample size, so don't do anything based on that anecdotal nonsense. one of the reasons i stopped doing autoflowers.

The light levels have been messed with, she's gone into a re-veg with the foxtailing . Nothing can do but pump some nuits to her and hope fills out a bit.

Should I wait to flip?Since I just transplanted and amended my soil using gaia green amendments and geared them towards veg. I know the general rule is to allow 2 weeks for them organic amendments to break down, will that deter me from flipping to flower next week or should I wait if so how long?

Is this ready??? autoflowerWeek 15 almost 16, it smells very strong and the leaves are dying
trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
It's been almost a month since it smelled very strong
