Right time to use Bud Ignitor by AN on autoflowering ?

Hi everybody. First time growing autos, and my 3 white widow have just grown their pistils (for 2 days).
Is it the right time to use the Bud Ignitor?
On the other hand, they are VERY small because of a mistake I made in the first weeks. Is it better to just let them stretch?

if it's for bud production, it should be during early development and on, i'd assume, if label doesn't specifically say.
maybe, ramp up as plant ramps down regular vegetative growth - if it is matching plant needs for buds vs leaves and shoots in theory... that would work well, if true.
or, simply when stretch is ending, like you say.

The my idea is to do 8 weeks no more. I dont have time.. then maybe is better keep the 18/6 of cycle and change just the led in lamp led floration?
The first plant has been moved in the soil the 25/2 with 6mm of root
