Is this a Hermie?Hi growers. I put these feminized photo seeds into flower last week. I am wondering, is this a hermie? These look like balls to me, but the the other half of the plant has the female cone with pistols starting.

WHY PLANT DOESNT GROWHi , i am at the first growing, i seeder northern light auto from royal queen seeds, but i think, there are many problems..
