Doing LST, the tip is already out of the pot.

This is my first LST ever. After a couple of LST the plant continue growing and the tip always tend to grow to the sunlight direction, so it start predominating again. My question is, as the tip is already out of the pot, can I bend the tip not only down but also to the right?

Yeah! You can train her around the pot in a circular way of course, I'm trying this out at the moment. 🌱👍

I offcenter in pot if i plan to LST -- enough room that the rootball won't be too close to edge of pot. Your fist is likely a good guess as to size. You can shape it anyway you want.. there's cool images of all sorts of shapes out there (google image). bonzai-tree the heck out of it. Keep that tip down, it will grow more slowly. Even if you have a temp tie-down that you slip to each node of growth. With fabric pots, i like to staple a soft string or yarn etc to side.. can knot one side and the other can tighten and loosen to re-apply..

Hi! Ofc you can bend to any direction. One good method is to plant in the middle of the pot and first tie to the side and there start to train the plant to make a whole circle inside the pot. This way youll have one compact bush!
