I offcenter in pot if i plan to LST -- enough room that the rootball won't be too close to edge of pot. Your fist is likely a good guess as to size. With fabric pots, i like to staple a soft string or yarn etc to side.. can knot one side and the other can tighten and loosen to re-apply..

Hi! Ofc you can bend to any direction. One good method is to plant in the middle of the pot and first tie to the side and there start to train the plant to make a whole circle inside the pot. This way youll have one compact bush!

you can bend her wherever you want her to go.. alot of people do it with the mainlining technique.. just bend and go!! Happy growing..
