Defoliation every 3 days during flowering I heard about defoliation every 3 days during the first 3 weeks of flowering. My sweet critical CBD is almost ending her first week, I already defoliate once, but I think I have to work on it more to let branches grow. What do you think about it? Thank you all!

ScrOG tucking: expose lower smaller bud sites by tucking/compacting main cola branches?For a better yield, should I aggressively (but gently) bend main leading branches and tuck all shading fans to expose young 'undergrowth' branches (circled) and bud sites to light, or, inversely, untuck fans and straighten leading branches to give more light energy to them?

LST and defoliation I am trying lst on 2 plants (not in a diary). In week 2, I pinned the main stem down. In week 3 did it again so the main stem is laying flat. Lots of foliage. Should I be removing any leaves yet? And if so which ones?
