Weird growth! This branch had an hard time growing from below the plant

Due to bad LST one of the side branches i wanted her to main as grown without any new growth, has only one node, any thoughts on what to expect from this branch? It does appear to have somethign growing very little there! Microscopical xP

When do you start topping? Photoperiods need to LST? Can ya'll just go look at my diary and tell me if my ladies look like they should LOL.When to top or LST? Do these look stunted? What do I do with my LST ties in flower?I'm planning to switch to flower soon and I have been using LST on my plants. I know LST should continue for the first two weeks of flower, but what happens after that? Should the ties stay on, or can they come off?
