Weird growth! This branch had an hard time growing from below the plant

Due to bad LST one of the side branches i wanted her to main as grown without any new growth, has only one node, any thoughts on what to expect from this branch? It does appear to have somethign growing very little there! Microscopical xP

Topping or LST after 1st toppingLast week I topped this little baby, the plant now is growing ok. I noticed that not only the two top side branches are growing a lot, but that the ones on the node under it too.

She's getting too tall!2x2x4 tent, flipped to 12/12 A week ago, and removed my LST plant ties at the same time to make watering easier.
