Hello 👋 Your seedlings look good...yes the ones a bit stretchy and long but otherwise healthy. Ive gotten some light wispy white mold on my soil before when i had high humidity and low airflow. I just removed any humidity dome and then increased airflow and it went away. I'd say you could let topsoil dry out and then add a bit more in to support the stem and let it out grow this. Most likely it will survive and be fine. If the baby flies cleared up the chances of this doing that also seem good. Happy growing. ✌️

have you used any fungicide to try and kill the mold? I have never had issues with such young seedlings...however have had very small clones get mold and powdery mildew. What we do when moving to the veg room is dip them in a copper ammonium fungicide designed to kill powdery mildew and molds. Mouthwash can also be used if you are worried about applying something too strong. The spores are what you need to kill otherwise the mold will just grow back...

Just scruff up the top of soil with your fingers a day after every watering, that will keep the mold from starting. Cheers
