I have looked on internet and I think that its fungus gnats. In my case I must spray pots with neem oil, soap and water mix? And I must spray all pots even in holes if understand right.

Minor damage to a few leaves found today - what is it?I am trying to determine the cause of damage to a few leaves that was observed this week. It may be two different problems. On a few leaves, I see brown spots which may have originally been white. On another 2 leaves, I see a burn hole through the leaves with brown edges.

Fungal gnats( black flies)I have sprayed plants with neem oil, done a neem oil soil flush and also put sticky yellow fly traps in tent. Still catching lots of fungus gnats.
