Is this Fungus Gnat Larvae?

Found these little suckers in the DWC roots, sprayed some 1:4 peroxide/water solution all around, and tried to flush the roots too.
Now I'm letting the roots soak in just water & hydro guard for now (ran out of peroxide).

First video looks like its a pupae. Larvae looks like a very small white worm with a tiny black head, just like in your second video.

Should I scrape the scoops of chem?Definitely has thrips and has been through the wringer. Trashed the other four plants I started it with when I bought 9/30. This plant should’ve been harvested by now but I kept stringing it along and causing it problems.

neem oil soil drench, is it safe?I've seen two ways of using neem oil to get rid of gnats, foliar spray and soil drenching. I've done the foliar spray but was hesitant to drench the roots in neem oil.. I guess by only doing the foliar spray the larva are still eating the roots.. I just wanna make sure thanks 🙏Week 4

Thrips infestation and chemical pesticide, help!I've bugs, probably thrips. I'll not be able to obtain organic pesticide (neem oil based) before one week! Fungus gnats ruined my last grow and I just found one in my tent. I mixed food grade diatomaceous Earth in my soil just in case, but it looks like it didn’t work. I topped the soil with more and have a moving fan. Is there anything else I can do? I’m scared of another infestationWeek 2
