Is this Fungus Gnat Larvae?

Found these little suckers in the DWC roots, sprayed some 1:4 peroxide/water solution all around, and tried to flush the roots too.
Now I'm letting the roots soak in just water & hydro guard for now (ran out of peroxide).

First video looks like its a pupae. Larvae looks like a very small white worm with a tiny black head, just like in your second video.

Brown spots and holesHad snails and aphids earlier, but knocked them out. I'm these brown spots / holes in my girl. Aphids found late in floweringLooking closely at the week 11 photo, you can see aphids on one of the upper leaves. I removed all leaves that had them and gave the plant a light garlic concentrate to discourage further bugs. Should I just harvest now given that Im close to the end anyway? alternative ideas?

Best way to get rid of aphids as a starter?Hi there!

Wilting and yellowing leaves after vinegar water solutionI sprayed a mixture of 1/4 spirit vinegar + 3/4 water under the leaves to get rid of aphids (which may or may not have been the problem) earlier today. Now checking on her, I see yellowing of several leaves and wilting of others, which has me worried... normal, or a problem? 😳

Outdoor aphid removal suggestions?Looks like I may have aphids on this plant. Small holes nibbled through, spotted one tiny critter and knocked it off, and then sprayed 1/4 spirit vinegar + 3/4 water mixture on the underside of the leaves, hoping to be rid of the pests. Any further suggestions or thoughts? 😐

Neem Oil in 3rd or 4th week?Can i spray one more time with Neem Oil now? 3rd or maybe 4th week of flowering now. Noticed that some leafs are being eaten. Tiny worms in the growth mediumI grow in an indoor growing with a coconut substrate. I have recently noticed small and tiny dots. At first I did not refer and they looked to me like pieces of perlite. But recently I noticed that they move and float when I water. There is nothing in the plant or flowers.
