Take the water pump and clean the root from the soil and go to grow in hydro please

I would repot the whole thing in fresh mix of medium, but since youve already tied the plant down i would say just flush it with clean water for a few days, avoiding waterlogging. The plant seems old enough to survive if you flush it carefully :)
