Run me through drying and curing. When will I know my plant is dry enough to cure? Whats the perfect humidity for curing? How long should I cure before I dip into my harvest?

Keep it under 60% to help avoid microbial growth. Keep it in dark, especially while it is sitll alive, initially, but for other good reasons too. THC is broken down by light. Lower temps in 60s F are better. This should causes a 7-10 day drying period or so. Depends on other factors too, like density of buds and how much you pile to gether etc etc... After that you cure it. Think of a humidor. That's the best environement for your buds. Long sterm storage should be vacuum sealed and fridgerated or froozen -- opaque container to block out light. ~55% RH and better not to be air tight, but if it is make sure you burp it regularly. anaerobic microbes will make it stink and taste like the brown pound you used to get when you didn't know any better, lol. Boveda packs make it easy to control humidity. Check them out. They give recommendation for size of pack relative to quantity of "herbs."

Drying. 15-20c 45-60%rh. When the stems snap or feel like they will/can. Trim the nugs if the stems and manicure them to your preference. Curing. Then into glass jars about 80%full. Open them daily to release excess moisture for about 10 minutes per day for a week or two. Then once a week for a week or two. Put a small hydrometer in the jar for ease and control. You should now have some cured buds that should stay fresh for months. Store in a dark, cool place under 19c 🌱👍

Hello, For drying you'll want to let them hang anywhere from 3 days to a week depending on how dense they are. When a small bud snaps off versus peels away some of the stem, they're ready to trim, but don't wait until they're so dry they crumble. You can dip into harvest whenever you need or want to but a cure is best. If you can keep the jars around 50% that's good and then open them everyday shake and let them breathe for 10-15 minutes. Some people cure for a week and some go for months, the idea is they get better with time, so the longer you let them go the better, but honestly if you got 1-2 weeks in and need to smoke it, it'll be more than ready and yummy. You can get some tiny temp/humidity gauges on Amazon for cheap that fit in the jars and those can be very handy. Otherwise those Boveda or integra humidity packs are nice too because they're 2 wat humidity control that brings it up to 60% or down to 60% depending on what state the buds are in. Happy smoking. ✌️

after cutting (and possibly wet-trimming) leave them hanging in a dark room for a few days around 45 to 55% RH and bend some of the smaller branches.. if they start snapping instead of bending you can start with dry trimming and then the curing process.. for curing put them into air-tight containers and try to keep the RH around 60%.. for the first few days open the container up a few times a day to get the air out, and leave it open for a couple of minutes.. maybe shake the container a bit, so the buds can move so it's not always the same parts that touch another (and wet spots can form).. after about a week or so you can lower the amount of how often and how long you leave it open.. You can get Boveda packs, which "regulate" the RH (for cannabis i think the best ones are the 62% ones). I would cure for at least 2 to 3 weeks before dipping into the harvest.. preferably more though.. here's a good guide as well: https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-top-tips-to-successfully-dry-and-cure-your-fresh-cannabis-buds-n682
