The best time to start is usually in week 2 or 3, after you have 6-12" of vertical growth and 4-6 nodes, though that's only a rule of thumb; I started LST this grow when my plant was 5" tall (its 11" tall now, 1 week into flower).

When you see her 5 tipped leaves appear is imo the perfect time to start, Means she's healthy and happy and ready to be bent without to much stress on that root system. Tip make sure you also anchor from the opposite side you bend her towards as to not put pulling pressure on the root system! Happy Growing!👊
