Or both?
I’d let things stretch just a bit personally to get a bit easier leverage. But by all means if you can get part/all of it horizontal without any contact with the soil - you’re good.

In my diary, you can see and have something as a reference! I suggest you do it as soon as possible before the stem gets thick and hard to bend!

Should i do LST or not ? Or maybe LST one Plant, let one grow natural ?this is my third ever grow, and i was wondering if its worthy letting a plant grow natural, So far my two first plants i have done LST on, will the yield be impacted a lot when its being grown natural ? Low stress training. To undo and redo or leave them as is. That the question :PAnother one related to my lst.
So i got the hang of doing lst. I started off really early with all on the lst. The plant is fairly close to the ground. Can I undo the lst and let them grow a bit tall and then re do the lst later? Or leave it as it is and let them grow as is?

It has 20+ tops and some more lower ones that I defoliated for the light to reach.
Just asking for next grows,does it really up the yield if you have more tops or I could have the same yields with 10 tops max.Week 9

LST or defoliation on autosI think I will need to defoliate a bit those bushy ladies, but I am not so confident about that because, from what I've read and since it's my first time growing autos, defoliation or lst is not advisable because it may stress them a looooot or am I wrong?6y ago

Grow help and adviceHey guys little help.
Need an opinion on how my plants are looking. I’ve successfully LST the one but left the other. Both are topped under 18/6 light. Watering .75 L with bio buzz grow and add bloom and top max every other watering.
Also does this look like flowering ?
