Is my LST done right?

Hi and TIA, following the advice I got from my last question, I decided to do some LST so I bend the main stem... my question is if I did it right? Also should I water my plant after this kind of stress? And lastly I did it just before the lights went out, is that OK?

Your LST looks good and you'll get a great harvest for your efforts! As for doing the LST just before lights out, I can't answer because I run all my autos on 24/7... When I do LST, it only takes a matter of an hour or so before I can see them turning up to the light and I then know everything is ok.

Si lo hiciste muy bien, yo cuando hago LST en el riego lo hago con ppm bajo, poco fertilizante, y tambien lo hago justo antes de que se apagaran las luces para que se recupere del estrés con la luz apagada. Buen trabajo! Buenos humos👌

You're all good, LST dosent have to be perfect. Make sure you don't bend it too much that It accidently breaks

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?
