Should I remove some off the bigger leaves or is it fine with them outdoors. And do I have to adjust the cables of the LST?

Plants lookin’ alright to me I wouldn’t chop those big fan leaves just yet. Outdoors, they’re pulling in max light and helping the plant stay strong. Unless they’re seriously blocking airflow or shading out some crucial lower growth, you’re better off leaving ’em for now. As for the LST cables might be worth a quick check. If the branches are starting to stretch or pull against the ties, give ’em a gentle adjust. No need to go crazy, just ease the tension and guide the shape. 👊👍

It’s not necessary to remove the larger leaves, and I don’t see any reason to do so. They play an important role in photosynthesis and help keep the plant healthy, especially outdoors. As for the LST cables, there’s no need to adjust them as long as the plant is growing evenly and nothing looks pinched or stressed. Everything seems fine – just keep an eye on it. Happy Outdoor grow!

Removing leaves is something to avoid at all costs. I see no reason to defoliate any of these plants. Products of photosynthesis is highly mobile. Apical dominance is how the plant allocates it, not proximity. the plant will always fight against training, so if a 'cable' needs adjusting, do so.

Yes, you can remove large leaves and gently bend the lower and upper branches with yarn or plastic wire, but not too tightly so that the branches get used to the load, otherwise you can over-tighten and break the branches.

Hey Growmie, Your plant’s looking healthy and vibrant, nice work so far! Since you’re growing outdoors, you don’t have to go super aggressive with defoliation like indoors. That said, a little cleanup can help with airflow and light penetration, especially if some of those big fan leaves are shading lower growth or crowding the center. If you want to tidy up, remove a few of the biggest fan leaves blocking bud sites or touching the soil. Don’t overdo it, you still want those leaves catching sunlight and feeding the plant. As for the LST cables, it looks like your plant could benefit from a slight retightening or repositioning. Some of the new growth is starting to reach up again. Gently bend and spread the branches outward again to keep light hitting all sites evenly. Just go slow, you don’t want to snap anything. Adjustments every few days are normal as she grows. Keep her breathing and spread out, and she’s going to reward you big time! Let me know if you want a quick guide on leaf tucking or a simple LST diagram,
