I want to learn more about LST (low stress training) tecnic

I never done it before, but Iโm sure it will improve my yield, maximizing resources, mainly light watts. Shall I start by bending the main cola, is it better for the shape of this plant? (+Speed auto from Sweet Seeds). Thank you ๐ in advance for any insights.

I am actually doing a day by day on my Larry lemon auto diary. I go pretty extreme and can see weekly on all my diaries to get a good grasp. Basically the more horizontal you can grow the plant the better yield is my experience. Plus keeps plants shorter in height. Hope my diaries help. Around the 3 week mark you can start training them. Check my diary , I use LST on autos to bush them out .

Can I continue to tie down LST'd stem to horizontal or is there increased risk of breakage?I tied down seedling plants 24hrs ago and they have straightened out much more quickly than I thought. My plan was to have the tied down stem elongate past the rim of the pot then allow it to grow vertical. Can I continue to straighten the stem ๐ or are they set like Jello? ๐

LST - How to Scrog helpLooking for advice on how to use a SCROG auto. Bought one to try LST but confused how it works. Looking at videos people just seem to squash on top during veg. What leaves are ok to remove?Hi! Is it fine to remove the upper fan leaves on this plant as well or should I wait thill the side branches get bigger leaves? I removed the lowers leaves after LST so nothing touches the soil, but some of them are blocking a bit light for the new growth. Thanks!
