To bend or not to bend?

amnesia auto outoors, she has been planted the 22 of june. in october and the last part of september there'are like 8/9 hours of light. should i bend her?

Yes i would say do a bend on her when she's ready and try to get a flat canopy. I started my outdoor late this year too and am trying to use the shorter growth period the best i can. Doing the lst will hopefully help her to use the hours she's able to get most effectively.

I do not like to defoliate but this plant is very bushy, opinions advice on whether to defoliate a little bit or not? Continue tie-down or start using a scrog net Since it seems like I can do LST for quite a while longer, and I do technically have a scrog net lying around;Would you guys continue with the tie-down method, or position a scrog net 5-10 cm over the current canopy and guide the plant through the net? Just don't wanna over do it

Did I start LST too early?At day 22, did I start LST too early? I feel that I may have stunted the growth a little from overheating, but didn't want to wait too long to start training. Also, would a higher-powered light cause less distance between the nodes, and therefore make LST harder/less effective?
