on weeks 2, seems like this seeds growth a bit slow. is it normal? or maybe im lack giving this baby girl some sort of nutrient/lighting/condition or something? grow closet condition humidity 60%-70%. 33celcius temp.

Seedling slowness is normal. It can be attributed to many things, but once she finds her groove, she'll take off, if she is healthy.

If it's 33 try to drop the temp a bit, but looks OK for 2 weeks. It's 3-4th weeks they start to grow.

Hey Mate,
The only thing I could mention is the temperature. In my opinion way too hot for such a young damsel.
Try to lower to at least 27°C...
So before you start feeding your plant, I would give it a try and lower the temp.
