Advanced Nutrients recommendations overkill(?)

I am wondering... Advanced Nutrients gives you recommendations on how to feed your plants and claim to be testing their products on real plants, yet, that dosage in 1 litre of water brings the EC up to 2.8 which can kill a plant easy. Opinions?

Yeah. They like to sell nutes. Those levels are for professional growers with ultimate lighting, ultimate environment, and max nutes. They just tell you the highest level possible but most have crappy led lighting and just as extraction fan and intake to control their environment. Light is the most important thing for plants, yet people buy shitty amazon lights and tell everyone how good they are...NOT. If led lighting is preferred then a good Fluence spydrx plus is the only model I would buy, but their really expensive. Even this light wont out perform harvest weight of A 1000W HPS, but it will come close. So they aren't doing anything wrong telling you those levels because people do grow at that ppm. Light, environment, know how, food in that order and you wouldnt believe the size of the buds that will grow for you.

DC yes your right about the feed. But what about the lucas formula? It works and ec levels are around 2.4 I'm actually gonna try it on one of my plants soon. All I was saying that even if you buy a 2000 dollar led light your still not gonna get the harvest weight that you get fome hps. And my plants under my lights in 10 weeks would be 7 foot plants, have a look at my other diary gg4 clones.4 weeks and their huge

Im not gonna argue mr. gmslave, my amazon shit lights are giving me a good 85k lux and ive got 60cm distance from the cannopy. But i can completely understand what you are saying. But you gotta admit, even in the best case scenario, even if you got the most expensive led on earth you still wouldnt give your plants anything above 85k lux cuz then you get light bleach, as for the perfect environment i can understand that too. Ventilation allows Co2 bags, Co2 bags allow for better nute absorption, which then coincidentally allows for more nutes or more saline water. But again, 4+ EC? when the whole of the internet is full with warnings to not go above 2.5?

12-1500 ppm translates to 2.0-2.6 EC and 2-2.5k ppm translates to 4+ EC. The truncheon tool that costs $80-90 measures 4.0 EC or 2.2k ppm MAXIMUM. Vegging plants like to be at a range of 600-800 ppm (1.2-1.6 EC) and flowering between 1.2k-1.4k ppm (1.8-2.3EC) I cant for a second believe you're giving your plants 4+ EC water and they are doing fine. Im growing in coco and i know for a fact anything above 2.3 will damage my plant and i will have to do an awful lot to bring it back around. I say "fact" because it happened to me on week 6. So no mr. fusion im sorry but that does NOT make any sense.

Not sure about E.C but I'm around 12-1500 ppm for veg and 2-2.5k on flower if that's same thing. Odd burnt tip but nothing that would concern me.
