Green Gelato auto too short

Seratramstarted grow question 5 years ago
I planted her last month (18th may) and she is already flowering hard but stayed really short. Is it the LST fault? Would I get a better yield if I just let it grow without training? Ps- I've been giving her grow and bloom nutes from RQS

She catches nice direct sunlight for many hours, I don't know how to tell if it's too intense. Gonna keep on giving her both grow and bloom nuts to see if she grows a bit more. I have another Green gelato that is bigger than this one because this one started flowering a full week before the other. I might have fucked something up. Thanks for all the feeedback

if the roots were damaged and it stalled immediately afterward... maybe. on its own, no LST is not why your plant is short other then the physical bending of the plant but growth should be similar, but spread out. You should have some vegetative growth left in her... it'll continue to grow for a bit while it initially flowers. did it ever seem to stall while growing? if not, it's just genetics, becauase those leaves look healthy AF. Maybe light was too intense? you ahve super close nodes, but that's typical on a smaller auto i guess. I bet it stretches more..

There was a raining week where I had to put them inside for some hours everyday, maybe that's what stunted them. The pH I've never tested it, I just use tap water after 24 hours in the bucket

Always best to just let an auto do her thing without interruption

Hi Sometimes lst can stunt the growth if it got tied too tight or got tied and maybe pulled at the roots a bit hard etc. But i think it might be down to something else....did they get transplanted? root troubles, ph fluctuations? Over or under watering? Anything you could think of that might have slowed things down? Because usually lst is very gentle and doesn't cause problems, unless like i mentioned it was done in a way that stressed the plant....but it looks healthy and happy, just a bit small. Hopefully they'll keep boosting along and wow you with their bud size.👍 Happy flowering
