LST at this point its ok?

Yes,you can or you should do it :) ,just be careful not to brake off anything and be gentle as already advised by other growmies ,I also used thick green soft wire to secure bottom and also for branches too and I have LST Plant Training Clips.some in diary too.

I felt I left mine too long, I couldn't get a proper bend as the main stem got too thick. So I personally would do a gentle bend at week 2. But these other guys are more experienced, so maybe better to listen to them.

If your gentle yes you could. I personalty would wait one more week but its not unheard of LST in week two. just cant be to aggressive with it. Good Luck and Happy Growing!

Yes, you could easily start now, but better wait for watering day and do it straight before. If you have, use fattest soft garden wire you can get, it always works better than thin versions You will have to pinch maybe one leaf, it very dependable how and at which point you'll bent your girls. When side shoots will stretch a bit ,help them and direct upwards, sometimes they stuck behind main stem All the Best !!!
