Its hard to tell with such little issues, over all the leaf looks pretty good, a side from the tip burn. You do have some big PH fluctuations happening, id suggest a air stone in the res to help make the swings not as great and not as quick. Also make sure there are no light leaks into the res which would help promote algae growth.
Everyone says they want to see 5.8 for the PH, but ive always found that Magnesium uptake suffers at lower PH numbers. I like to keep around 6 for my grows.

Hi @KiltedOne! I think you're having a Potassium deficiency. This starts with burnt tips then turns into yellowing between the leaf margins. Try to increase the Potassium (K) in your solution, double check your pH-pen calibration, then see how it goes after a few days. Affected leaves won't recover but the new growth should be green as usual. Hope this will help, keep us up-to-date and happy growing đ

Hello ! Nothing to worry about , however in hydro your EC should already be higher than 0.5 , your feeding chart recommend you to be at 1.5 / 1.7 Ec at that stage ( 0.7 to 0.9 for a seedling) so you can easily go with 1.2 Ec if you don't want to follow the full chart. I hope it will help you đđ
