Calyx around stem nodes

Sorry for the first-time-grower-question: are those calyx around the stem nodes as good as the ones in the buds? Anything special to know about them?

Those are ur first flowers. So they are the most mature flowers on your plant. Watching how they develop can indicate to u how the flowers will look inside ur buds as they mature. Remember those are at every node point on ur branches. So they will be inside all your buds. You dont want them to overdevelop and become mushy dieing and withering. Or that's what the inside of ur buds will look like.

yeah and they ripen first, but i wouldn't go ripping them off the plants :P Bad stress.
after harvest i've taken them off and had a little bowl dried in no time and got absolutely hammered off it, lol.
not worth the time to do that though. was my first harvest.

How will this affect my plant? (Day 52)So basically I asked about 3 days ago if my plant was having a calcium deficiency and most answered yes, and so I agreed as well. Too early to transfer seedling?Tap root already showing at bottom of tiny two inch pot two days after sprout. Should I transfer to larger pot now to avoid any root damages or do I let the seedling get more established to avoid stressing the plant? Thank you for any help!

Browning stemI just came back after 10 days of holidays and unfortunately my ladies didn’t take well my absence even though they were watered.
One branch was totally withered then checking the stem I realized it was brown in a quite large part.

Cycle 18/6 or 12/12I dont know yet if do a 18/6 of floration or 12/12.
The my idea is to do 8 weeks no more. I dont have time.. then maybe is better keep the 18/6 of cycle and change just the led in lamp led floration?
The first plant has been moved in the soil the 25/2 with 6mm of root

Male, Female, It or they??The wedding cake doesn't show the standard signs of being a female. There appears to be pistils in the new growth but I don't see it at the nodes. All of the nodes look like elongated sacs. From what I've read people say it's most likely female but what say you all?
