When to do LST

Hello i am planning to do LST. Do you know when? Can i fo it now (picture attached) (im in the middle of my third week) Or if its too early at that stage to do it? Thanks for your replies.

Hi there! I would personally wait for few more nodes to grow before starting LST. I Iike the results when you bend the plant with 4-6 nodes and after that keep training all those new tops that comes out of this.

LST you can start even in the 1st week of growth. The sooner the better especially if you are restricted by space. LST forces the growth hormones (auxins) in the secondary branches. Might be a bit too early for your plant to get LST (in the classic sense) but you can start torturing your girl and apply some bondage whenever you want.

I've seen people start LST just after sprouting on this site so I think it's safe. Just be very gentle as shes still young.
